First: Customer Rights

 

1. To be informed of the terms, conditions, and details of the product or service, and to request adequate explanations to ensure his understanding and complying with. 
2. To obtain from the concerned employee a clear, adequate and simplified explanation about the financial services and products with different risk levels.
3. To obtain from the concerned employee a professional and clear answer to any question concerning any unclear clause or condition.
4. To request the use of Arabic language in any document, correspondence or transaction with the Company.
5. To request reading and obtaining in advance a copy of each document and text referred to in any contract to be signed with the Company.
6. To obtain and retain a copy of the contracts and documents signed by the customer, without bearing any additional cost.
7. To request from the Company to determine the actual product or service cost, including the actual insurance cost and the calculation method of credit or debit interest.
8. To freely choose an insurance company among, at least, five companies accepted by the Company and mentioned in a written list, in case obtaining the product or service is conditioned by the submission of an insurance policy.
9. To obtain any product or service if it is suitable to his request, his background and his ability to bear the potential financial risks of this product or service.
10. To obtain, periodically, a detailed statement of each account linked to a product or service.
11. Not to sign blank or incomplete forms and make sure that all required fields and figures in the forms to be signed are correct and complete.
12. To submit a complaint about any service or product, to request an explanation of the submission procedure, the time limit to be notified of its outcome, and the mechanism to submit the complaint to other authorities whenever the customer is not satisfied of the proposed solution.
 
 

Second: Customer’s Duties:

 
1. Provide true, complete and accurate information when filling out Forms provided by the Company, and refrain from providing any wrong information.
2. Disclose all of his financial obligations when applying to a product or service, with the preservation of his rights granted by the Banking Secrecy Law.
3. Update the personal information submitted to the Company, on a continuous basis and whenever required.
4. Comply with the terms and conditions governing the required service or product.
5. Immediately notify the Company when detecting unknown operations on his account.
6. Provide the Company with his home, work, email, mail addresses, telephone number, and report any change in the declared information to enable the Company to contact the concerned customer in a way assuring the privacy of his information.
 
 

Third: Instructions to the Customer

 
1. Do not provide any other party, under any circumstances, with any details about your Bank account or any other banking or critical personal information.
2. When facing financial difficulties preventing you from meeting your obligations or paying your installments in due time, consult the Company in order to find the most appropriate options, including the rescheduling of obligations.
3. Be careful when granting official proxies to third parties to complete your banking and financial transactions, by accurately defining the powers granted under these proxies.
